1. About these terms

These terms concern use of the MK Technologies website at mktech.uk. They explain what the website offers and the responsibilities associated with using it. They do not form a contract for installation, equipment supply, support or maintenance. The terms for any work will be supplied separately with the quotation.

2. Enquiries and service agreements

An enquiry is a request to discuss work. It does not reserve an appointment, guarantee availability or place an order. The work, equipment, price, payment arrangements and timescale must be agreed separately before a service contract is entered into.

The website does not take payments or accept file uploads. You can use the online enquiry form, displayed email address or telephone number to contact us. Before you book work, we will provide the relevant service terms and any applicable consumer cancellation information in a form you can keep.

Urgent support is subject to availability. The website does not promise round-the-clock attendance or a fixed response or repair time. Please call to discuss an urgent issue.

3. Website information and project photographs

Service descriptions provide an introduction to our work. A suitable solution depends on your premises, existing equipment and agreed requirements. General website information is not a site survey or a project specification.

Project photographs show particular installations. They do not guarantee identical equipment, appearance, Wi-Fi coverage or performance at another site. We aim to keep information accurate; please tell us about any errors so they can be corrected. These terms do not remove responsibility for misleading statements or information that becomes part of an agreed contract.

4. Using the website responsibly

You may browse the website, contact us and save or print reasonable extracts for your own reference. Do not knowingly submit false or unlawful material, impersonate another person, attempt unauthorised access, distribute malicious code or disrupt the website.

Please provide accurate contact details and only information you are entitled to share. Keep passwords, payment card details and confidential system credentials out of ordinary enquiries.

5. Photographs, branding and other content

Website text, design, photographs and branding are owned by or licensed to their respective rights holders.
